I’m a photographer/videographer and a post production specialist. I'm currently based in Southern California (Los Angeles/Inland Empire). I’m returning after having spent 4 years abroad.
Photography became my main hobby after leaving film school. Even small productions require a ton of collaboration and resources, so photography was an easy way for me to make some images with a relatively small budget. Plus, it gave me the opportunity to express myself instead of working solely on other people’s ideas.
My father was a soldier and I moved around quite a bit as a kid. I spent 3 years living in Karlsruhe, Germany and that’s when I caught the travel bug. Even now I’m always looking for an excuse to hop on a plane and fly to Europe. There’s no place I’d rather be. One of my goals is to make new contacts and pull off some cool shoots around the world.
I currently do work as a post production specialist. I have so many interests, I needed a career like this so I can wear many hats. I had been editing video as a government contractor but I’ve also worked as a motion graphics artist and I’ve done some VFX work for commercials and independent film.
